Carl Pettersson to continue as Chairman of our Board of Directors
The Chairman of our Board of Directors is Carl Pettersson, CEO of Elo Mutual Pension Insurance Company. He was elected by the Annual General Meeting of TELA. Pettersson continues as Chairman for the second year.
The Annual General Meeting also elected the Vice Chairmen and other Members of the Board.
The first Vice Chairman and a new member of the board is Mikko Mursula, CEO of Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company. The second Vice Chairman is Jaakko Kiander, CEO of Keva, and the third Vice Chairman is Topi Piela, Managing Director of YLE Pension Fund.
As a new member of the Board was also elected Elina Fogelholm, CEO of Veritas Pension Insurance.
Board member who was due to resign, Heli Backman, CEO of Farmers’ Social Insurance Institution Mela, was re-elected.
In addition, the following persons continue as Board Members: Lasse Lehtonen, Director General of Kela; Risto Murto, CEO of Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company; Jari Puhakka, Managing Director of Seafarers’ Pension Fund; Timo Toropainen, Managing Director of Finnish Pension Funds.
